Last Day in "The Claw"...

Ok so my last day in Enumclaw was an amazing day! I started out with my sister and we went to visit people at their houses...in some cases we actually woke them up. haha. anyways after saying bye or just attempting we went back, went to the bank, went used the last of one of my gift cards, and then last but not least went and ate at taco time. After all that excitement I finished packing my stuff up, Rachael and Brandon helped me put it all in the car..so THANKS!! Then 4:00 hit. For those of you who live around here you know that after 4:00 it was pure immediate family time. So we started by all getting together in the living room and they gave me a picture of all the family and also a book of pictures with letters written from all of them. I will admit...I cried...thats saying something since I have "no emotion" according to my mom when I laugh at her for crying in movies. haha. but my dad even got a little teary...and that is BIG!! I can only recall two times in my entire life that he has cried...at my great grandparents funerals. but anyways then we went to go to Tony Romas, so we being the smart ones we are looked on the web site to check where it was decided the web site was wrong...because it said that tony roma's wasn't where it used to be. We went there...it was closed and some other store now...haha so anyways we ended up going to Famous Daves! It was a blast! and a moment I don't ever want to forget! Thanks everyone for the awesome day! I can truly say I will miss you all!! ♥Becca

Here we all are at Famous Dave's

We hit up Costco after Famous Daves and my Dad and i found these body pillows and were insisting we needed them. Anyways my mom didn't think we were so funny and kept saying NO! I don't want those in my house...how do you even use them anyways? so here is my dad using Brett as a "demo" on how to use the pillow...haha

Here is the book and picture they gave me!

Golfing...

Not meaning to brag or anything...but I am a pretty mean golfer...haha just kidding. So my friend Mckenzie from work wanted me to go golfing this summer. I being the great friend that I am...decided to go with her even though the only experience I have had with the sport is mini golfing a couple of times and sitting on the couch, eatting potato chips, and watching it on the tv. Well anyways I don't know if she was just being nice or if I was actually ok...she said I did pretty good. I got it so I can hit with a 9 iron pretty straight and with some other club past the 100 yard mark at the driving range. Anyways it was really fun! and I am so glad I got to go. Here are some pictures...enjoy ♥Becca

PS. Don't I look so much like a golfer?!? I heard from my aunt wendi, it doesn't matter if you are good...you just have to look the part.

So when I went they had this machine that filled that basket with balls...anyways I thought it was so cool!!

Welcome everyone?

me...I won't lie (thats for you mom) I was pretty good!

Mt Rainier was so beautiful!! boy I am gonna miss it!

18th Birthday Fun!!...

Ok so most of you know recently I have turned 18...FYI I don't really feel any different like everyone tells you you do. I just think that it sounds old! All my friends have informed me that I now can officially go to jail! so Party? haha just kidding. So anyways I had a great day! It was filled with family, surprises, presents, and fun. Here is what I did for all of those who weren't here. I woke up early in the morning and went wakeboarding!! We left the house at 5:30 to be on the lake at 6. Let me just say...the lake was gorgeous! I had the time of my life so thanks Scott and Whitney for inviting me! It was a blast. In this day of wakeboarding we decided it was the most productive day we had had yet. Rachael (my sister) learned how to wakeboard and got up her first time ever! Whitney (my cousin) learned to drive the boat and cleared the wake! Scott was improving his skills and did a switch! (this is where you turn so you are facing the other way) and I last but not least learned how to do my signature move "the grind" on the wake and am starting to jump!! so then we headed back and made applesauce...I won't lie I didn't have the best time ever...but I made some to take to college! Then when I got home I found some pretty flowers on my table so thanks!! haha and then later we had family over to have cake and everything! It was fun and was probably one of my favorite birthdays ever!! Thanks everyone for making it special! ♥Becca

The Fiesta...

So since I work at Taco Time until Saturday...everyone has been bugging me to show/make them tacos. So since I have a limited number of days left in the good ol' Claw, we decided to have a fiesta and make tacos, salsa, and etc...anyways it was really fun! We had virgin margaritas...at least thats what I think they were that Aunt Lorri made! (they were pretty good as soon as you choked down all the salt on the rim of the cup) and I made tacos, and there was rice and salsa and everything else...so here is our experience. Oh and btw...Wendi we wish you could have been there...but you kinda live a little far away...if it helps...we thought about you!!! haha until next time!

♥Becca

Everyone eating

Uncle mark thought the wipped cream was sour cream...so the real question is
How was the taco mark?

Grandma!

Making the tacos

Mmm...Salsa!

Lorri making her drinks!

Yum yum! So we did notice that Rachael just happens to pop up in most every picture...

Showing everyone how to assemble them/fold them too.

Making Bread...

So since I am leaving for college in a week from today...thats right everyone a WEEK!!! I figured I should learn how to cook or bake some bread. My Grandma Brownell graciously helped me learn how to make her very own wheat bread...which happens to be my FAVORITE!! Anyways here are the pictures from it. Oh and we even kneaded it by hand...since I won't have a kitchen-aid in college...and it TURNED OUT!! For all of those who know my experience in the kitchen...that is a miracle within itself...

not meaning to brag or anything...but I think I am pretty much a PRO now!! haha enjoy

♥Becca
